At Psyche n’ Body, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your counseling session. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.

3. Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. accidents, loss of a loved one etc.) can happen. If you have a genuine emergency and must cancel or reschedule your session within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rescheduling:

We encourage you to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time, provided you give us the required 24 hours’ notice. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling with sufficient notice.

5. Payment:

Payment for the late cancellation fee of a session is due at the beginning of your next scheduled session.
